Do you want to be the best at what you do?
If yes, then say this out loud, „I WANT TO BE THE BEST‟. Let it echo in your mind and be stamped in your subconscious, „I WANT TO BE THE BEST!‟
You can be whosoever you want to be, first you must believe that you can, then you have to work towards making what you say a reality. If you want to be the best Doctor, the best Engineer, the best Lawyer, or any profession of your choice, then you need to disappear for a while and study. Study to be the best, do not settle for average. Give your best to be the best. I believe that in life, you have to give your best shot, do your best.
If you want to be the best Hip Hop artist, go to the studio and practice, practice, practice. Practice makes perfect, you need to give in your best. There is nothing extraordinary about people at the top, they are just ordinary guys and ladies who go the extra, do the extra and we call them „Extraordinary‟. When others quit on the way, they refused to quit and kept on moving. When others were satisfied with the little or average that they have, these people refused to be average and went the extra mile. You too can be extraordinary, just add extra to whatever you are doing, take one more step, give your best shot and do not quit.
We hear on television that C. Ronaldo of Real Madrid is the World Best Footballer but they didn‟t tell us how he spent years practicing his dribbling and shots. He is always practicing to remain the best and on the pitch, he gives nothing but his best.
The news only told us that a 7 year old boy could play the ground piano with great skills and speed but they never told us that the 7 year old boy practice for at least 10 hours daily to be the best.
Success has a simple formula; do your best and people will like it. It is not enough to do your best; you must know what to do, and then do your best.
Yes, you too can do it. You can if you believe but you have to give something to get something. Be angry at the word „AVERAGE‟, don‟t settle for it. Get up and study for one more hour, practice for one more hour, just add one more to what you are doing. Give in your best and aim for the stars. Always do your best. What you plant now will harvest later.
When you are given a project to execute at the office, give your boss the best outcome. Let them feel it, let them fall in love with your work and you will be

an asset to them. Every job is good is you do your best and work hard. When you give your best to produce the best, you become so valuable that men will pay anything just to hear you speak. Not just in business, also give in your best as a husband and a father. Let your kids wish to be like you.
If you are somebody that gets a chance to go somewhere…that has to work somewhere or go to another city, then do your best to see it. Because I just think that‟s the best way to have an interesting life.

If you work hard and do your best, you can do anything.
We are here for a short period of time and soon we will be no more. Have a good time and do your best. Let it all come ripping right through you. You should always be well and bright, for so you do your best work; and you have so much beautiful work to do. The world needs it, and you must give it!

ABOU BEN ADHEM

       This poem written by a famous poet Leigh Hunt .

In this poem poet says that one night ,Abou Ben Adhem (may allah blessed him) he awoke from a deep dream of peace ,and saw the light in his room ,whole the room was light ful so he thinks that who is there in my room? And at this time?and he saw from the outside from the room that an angel who is writing something in the Golden book.so he made himself bold and strong and turn towards that angel and asked him what are you writing?angel raised it’s head .and after gazing to him say writing names of those who loves to GOD! Then he asked have you write my name in this book? He replied no ,no nay.Abou spoke to him in low voice ,but with happily ,please write my name in this book,as one who loves to his fellow men . The angel write his name and vanished.

The next night ,same angel come with huge amount of light  and he showed to Abou the names of those  person who loves with God ,and also Abou was the top of them.

It means Allah love to those who loves to His fellow men and humanbeings.

INORGANIC CHEMISTRY:- It is the study of elements & their compounds other than carbons and also study of the oxides of C (corbon) ,carbides of carbon .

PERIODIC CLASSI FICATION OF ELEMENTS :=

CLASSIFICATION :-The methods of arranging the similar groups in the same group & separating them from dissimilar elements is known as “classification” of Elements.

PERIODIC TABLE :- A table or chart obtained by the arrangements of elements in the group & period on the basis of similar physical and chemical properties.

Q.why need of ‘’periodic table’’?

Ans.when a very large number of elements were known to scientist,then it was felt that elements were arranged into a systematic manner to easy remember the elements and their properties.

Scholarships and our young generation.

we are proud to those pupil who are getting scholarship in foreign countries, like as America, Canada, China, Japan and other countries..
It’s only and only their own hard working a shepherd had not think that my son or my daughter will go, like these countries. When he give birth to his son or daughter. Such a students didn’t use their father’s mind but they use enough invoke blessing. Because if they use their dad’s mind they will be same position as father is spending. I also had seen many student who are making themselves a developer in silence, which are studying whole days, they broke their relationship with this world and their relationship is only with books until his successfulness! we must be proud to such a students broke their relationship with neighbor even his family for the sack of his success…and I had also see such a students which are wasting their time with friends and when he /she attempt for the test he get success because he is not wasting his time but he is learning and want to live in this beautiful world with friend, But he hard working will be hidden, People always using bad words for them but I use wonderful citations for them. Proud of you and your hidden working…it means ,there is no one bad and no one good, It’s miserable to say that only those who are studying are best and all other are failure of this world…
There are many country which are offering for our Pakistani students, because our Pakistan aspirants are more talented and Clever, and even in Pakistan I don’t know what happening in other province but in Sindh has treasure of hidden talent. It’s our secrecy…we will arise as a blazing beauty..
Every time ,every where our Sindhi students is going on merit basis including all the districts of Sindh Tharparkar is more competitive and developing area ,from here every year many student go to foreign countries on the scholarship basis.
Students are more competent and clever.
So ,I will say enough line as a central idea of this whole passage……..is to encouraging those students who have financial problems, his/her father is poor no mention ,don’t worry you can go on scholarship basis…this is your life and your vision make it target and star you effort and your consequences will prove as successful..

Students are all students but best students are always declared best from his looking. If you want to become to good student no matter you can  hither I tell you steps by which you can become best one student, also when you will become best students every one like you like as your family, neighborhood, & your friends.

So guys 

           first of all our problem is that how to make our study as powerfull as we considered at country level.

 then here are many ways, which are they;

Dressing and Out looking:

you must looking beautiful as every one attract you ,when your looking power is beautiful, you will be neat and clean you put your house clean then every things automatically will be right on their position .you must wear the beautiful dress ,you must become a stylish ,have a best standard, it means when any one who look you you will be best on f you want to become  a best one. you have like these style

Character: 

                    A person who is the  master of the best character ,that one is the richest people of the world.In the eyes of Allah one is the most best whom has the best character.So,you have to become such a person .For this you have to follow these rules.

 i. Cleanliness is first    ii. Simplicity is best one     iii. Respect elder and love youngers   iv. well citizen v. always be happy loose your tensions vi. definite & popular one vii. careful of neighbors viii. truthful & honestful. These are the best tactics for you if you follow these you will become successful and achiever of your life.

You are best one:

                        If I ask anyone in my society about his/her study he answered politely it’s some good. may be every pupil facing this problem. If I ask two of them pupil, who is more clever? They answer as he is more clever than me, but he didn’t say that I am clever than him. This problem is always fail to you. Guys, if anyone ask about it  like these questions, you must answer with confidently That we are creative, intelligent, lever & hardworking. You have to answer like these questions.

Timetable:

You know guys, timetable is best one from your awake to sleep-in means you must have make a timetable for your 24 hrs. or your whole day and night. Only and only you pay attention on study about 7hours daily ,you are the successful one of your aim. Dear guys, you have to follow this timetable.

you have to  change yourself ,then you must manage you must manage your 24 hours in the good time.suppose if you are student then will go school/college or university you give time for it ,if you are go to tution then you go ..one clock for you jogging,one clock for your parents,one clock for your friends …if you will follow this you will be success in life.

Slowly and Gradually win the race:

                      If you will study slowly and slowly you will success one, you are the lucky one, you start your study after seeing the atmosphere you must follow this quotation.

                   It’s always known ”that love books, love yourself”. Quotation is  best but to follow is difficult one every one is always says that I will study more book as I can but when we put the book in front of our eyes…our eyes start to get rest. we take rest we do like these on daily life.
